How to Delete or Archive a Product

Updated: Mar. 2, 2025

So, you want to remove a product from your listings but don’t want to say goodbye forever? Good news—TicketingHub doesn’t believe in permanent goodbyes! Instead of deleting a product (which isn’t an option), you can archive it. This keeps your product out of sight but safely stored for future use, just in case you need it again.

Whether you’re pausing a seasonal tour, retiring an old offering, or simply cleaning up your list, this guide will walk you through how to archive a product like a pro.

How to Delete or Archive a Product
1. Select the Product You Want to Archive
2. Go to the Product Settings
3. Click on the Archive Button
4. Confirm the Archiving Action
5. Archive Multiple Products at Once

Steps to Archive a Product

1. Select the Product You Want to Archive

Go to the Products section in TicketingHub.

Click on the product you want to archive.

2. Go to the Product Settings

Once inside the product, locate the Settings tab.

Click on it to access product management options.

3. Click on the Archive Button

In the Settings tab, find the Archive button in the top-right corner.

Click on it to initiate the archiving process.

4. Confirm the Archiving Action

A confirmation prompt will appear.

Click Confirm to finalize the archive.

5. Archive Multiple Products at Once

Need to archive several products in one go? Follow these steps:

Navigate to the Products section and select View All Products.

Check the boxes for as many products as you want to archive.

Click Archive at the top of the page.

Click OK to confirm.

Archived, But Not Abandoned

That’s it—your product is now safely archived, out of sight but never out of reach. If you ever need it again, restoring it is just a few clicks away. And if you’re doing a big cleanup, bulk archiving makes the process even easier.

So go ahead, declutter your product list with confidence—no product is gone forever. Need help? Reach out to our support team—we’re happy to assist! Happy archiving!
