Need to update the price of an existing ticket? Follow these simple steps:

Log in to your TicketingHub Dashboard.
Select the Product you want to update.
Go to the Tickets tab and find the ticket you need to modify.
Click the three dots beside the ticket and select Edit.
Enter the new price in the Ticket Price field.
Click Update Ticket to save your changes.

If your pricing changes based on demand, holidays, or peak seasons, TicketingHub’s yield management feature lets you adjust them dynamically. Here’s how to set it up:

Go to the Product page by following the same steps as above.
Navigate to the Tickets tab and select Seasonal Pricing.
Choose the Ticketand the Season you want to modify.
Click the yellow pencil icon to adjust the pricing based on your needs:
Set different prices for each day of the week.
Modify rates for peak and off-peak times.
Click Close Window to apply the changes.
