Setting Custom Price and Time for Private Bookings

Note: This feature is currently only available from the backend.

TicketingHub now allows you to set up custom tours directly when a customer contacts you via email or phone. You can then send your customer a pro forma invoice or a payment link.

Steps to Create a Custom Booking

1. Add a New Booking

On your TicketingHub account Dashboard > Click on Create > Select Create New Order.
Click on Add Booking.
Fill-in booking details
Edit the price

2. Set a Custom Tour Date and Time

In step 4, Check Availability > Click on Custom Tour
Select the Date and Time
Save changes by clicking on Create Booking

3. Complete the Payment

You can finalize the transaction by phone, send a payment link, or simply send a pro forma invoice and reserve the spots.

With these steps, you can easily set up custom tours for your customers, providing them with a more personalized experience.
